Lodging Rates

Rates range from $130-$150 during the high season (double occupancy).   The high season extends from May 15 thru Oct 15 and all holidays.  Ask about our weekday discounts, off-season packages and corporate rates.   Rates include a continental breakfast each morning.  

-Children are welcome with prior notification

-No smoking is allowed inside the cottage

-Your dog is welcome for an additional $10/night charge

 Reservation Policy:

-Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of one day’s charge per room.  This deposit is credited to the last night’s stay

-Check-in is 3 pm to 7 pm unless arranged otherwise in advance

-Check-out is at 12 noon .

 Cancellation Policy:

 Cancellations of confirmed reservations must be made at least one week ( 7 days ) in advance of your arrival date.  Deposits for cancellations made with less than 7 days notice will be non-refundable.
